This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Kranigo app ("Kranigo") or visit kranigo.topsol.org. Kranigo is published by TOPSOL ("we", "us"), a company registered in Pakistan. It is a planning aid for crane professionals: you draw range charts, keep your own cranes and projects, and use calculators.

The short version

• Kranigo works fully offline. You do not need an account, and there is no sign-in.
• We do not collect, receive or store your projects, cranes, settings or any other content you create.
• The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash-reporting software.
• Your data stays on your device, and in your own device backups if your device is set to make them.
• PDFs and other files leave the app only when you choose to share or save them.

Information stored on your device

Everything you create in Kranigo is saved in the app's private storage on your device:

• projects and folders, including range charts, scene objects, notes and project details;
• cranes you create or edit in My Cranes, and their settings;
• your app settings, such as units, language, theme and safety thresholds;
• whether you have accepted the safety disclaimer, and which version of it.

We cannot see, access or recover this information. Deleting a project, a crane or the app removes it from the app's storage on that device.

Device backups

Your device may include the app's data in its own backups, for example iCloud Backup on iPhone and iPad or Google backup on Android, depending on your device settings. Those backups are made by Apple or Google under your account and their privacy terms, not by Kranigo. You control them in your device settings.

Sharing and exporting

When you export a PDF or share a file, Kranigo creates it on your device and hands it to the destination you pick, such as an email app, a messaging app, a printer or a file location. What happens to it after that is governed by that destination. Kranigo does not send a copy to us.

Permissions

The offline features of Kranigo do not need access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. If a future version offers an optional feature that needs a permission, your device will ask you first, and this policy will be updated before that feature is released.

Contacting support

If you email us at topsol.org@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to answer you and to improve Kranigo, which is our legitimate interest in supporting the app, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose. Your email is stored with our email provider, Google (Gmail). You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

TOPSOL is responsible for this information (the "controller"). We are based in Pakistan, so if you write to us from the UK, the EU or elsewhere, your email is handled outside your country.

This website

kranigo.topsol.org uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the service. We do not use this information to identify you.

Children

Kranigo is a tool for professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information through the app, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Your content is under your control on your device.

Depending on where you live, for example in the UK or the EU, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information in your support emails, and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to topsol.org@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Kranigo handles information, for example by adding optional online features, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect, and the app will show the updated text.
